This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs use of the BCODE Driver application ("the App"), provided by BCODE LLC ("we", "us"). By using the App, you agree to these terms.
We grant authorized BCODE LLC personnel a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for our internal delivery and billing operations. The App is a private business tool and is not offered for public or third-party use.
You agree to use the App only for legitimate business purposes, to keep your login credentials confidential, and not to attempt to access data or accounts that are not yours, reverse-engineer the App, or interfere with its operation.
Accounts are created and managed by an administrator. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or remove access at any time.
The App integrates with third-party services including Intuit QuickBooks Online and Google Cloud. Your use of those services through the App is also subject to their respective terms and policies.
The App and its content are owned by BCODE LLC. No ownership rights are transferred by this Agreement.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BCODE LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App.
This Agreement remains in effect while you use the App and may be terminated by us at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, USA.
