BCODE Driver ("the App") is operated by BCODE LLC ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information the App collects and how it is used. The App is a private business tool used by BCODE LLC and its authorized drivers to record pharmacy delivery routes, calculate delivery pay, and generate billing invoices.
Account information: driver name, username, and a securely hashed password set by an administrator. Route information: delivery stop names, delivery addresses, delivery dates, region (hub), and route type, submitted by drivers (including as uploaded screenshots that are processed by optical character recognition). Derived data: computed mileage, pricing, and invoice records.
We use this information solely to operate our delivery business: to extract and verify delivery stops, calculate per-route pay and mileage, generate weekly invoices, and create those invoices in our accounting system (Intuit QuickBooks Online) for billing our client.
We share information only with service providers that help us run the App, and only as needed: Intuit QuickBooks Online (creating and managing invoices in our company's account), Google Cloud (optical character recognition of route screenshots and distance/mileage calculation), and our hosting provider. We do not sell personal information or share it for advertising.
When connected, the App accesses our own QuickBooks Online company to create and read invoices. We store the resulting invoice references and the access credentials for that connection securely, and use them only to sync invoices we generate.
Data is transmitted over HTTPS, passwords are stored only as cryptographic hashes, and connection credentials are stored encrypted. We retain records for as long as needed for business and accounting purposes and as required by law.
